I HAVE ALSO READ the rules and submit that there are
two wich should be changed - the President to have a two
year tour of office (if you want him to indeed!) and the
conference location should be amended from "London or the
Provinces" to read "London or elsewhere". We have already
held conferences in Boston and in Holland and are invited
again to Holland in 1967» Can they honestly be described
as Provinces? Holland might have been if the amaible
Admiral Van Tromp had had his way with his broom and Boston
if the Bostonians had learnt to like tea, and I am sure they
would have done if it had been poured from Sarey Gamp's
